Trestle tables

The below trestle table is 2.4m long and can comfortably seat 8 guests (4 on each side). It’s also really light, making setting up a breeze. Our handy tables can also provide extra prep space and a spot to place your plates, glasses, food and drinks.

Chairs

Having the right number of chairs is something many people overlook when planning an event – which can be disastrous if serving up a more formal menu. Reece’s Event Hire has a fantastic selection of dining chairs ranging from the galvanised rustic Tolix through to cross back beach walnut chairs and simple but classy folding seats. We’ve even got something for the littlest guests – available in a range of fun colours.

Casual seating

The all-important bits and pieces.

Depending on the size of your event, it’s likely you’ll need to invest in extra glassware, plates, cutlery and linen. This is where it can get expensive – plus you need time to buy these items and find somewhere to store them later on. It really does make sense to hire!

Consider adding to your list:

Crockery – our brands include Royal Doulton and Renaissance, with all items provided in pristine condition. Choose from plates, bowls, cups, milk jugs, gravy boats - and much, much more!

Glassware – unless you’re a seasoned entertainer, it’s likely you’ll need to add more glasses to your collection when catering for a large number of guests. From stemware through to hi balls and water jugs, we’ve got options to match any event type and beverage option.
